C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ces jeunes aidantes et aidants que s&rsquo;adresse le projet \u00ab Fragments de lutte\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-187811e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"187811e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc34e6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bc34e6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La boxe adapt\u00e9e comme outil de pr\u00e9vention<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91fb57e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"91fb57e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3dbcc3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3dbcc3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Le projet repose sur un cycle structur\u00e9 de boxe adapt\u00e9e, con\u00e7u non comme une pratique de comp\u00e9tition mais comme un support de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et de pr\u00e9vention.<\/span><\/p><p>Chaque s\u00e9ance est encadr\u00e9e par un professionnel qualifi\u00e9 et comprend des exercices physiques progressifs, des temps d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, des activit\u00e9s techniques adapt\u00e9es ainsi qu&rsquo;un temps d&rsquo;\u00e9change permettant aux participants d&rsquo;exprimer leur ressenti.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;objectif est de faire de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique un levier concret pour :<\/p><ul><li>r\u00e9duire le stress et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ;<\/li><li>pr\u00e9venir l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement ;<\/li><li>renforcer l&rsquo;estime de soi ;<\/li><li>favoriser le lien social au sein du groupe.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e15f0fa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e15f0fa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa9244d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aa9244d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une d\u00e9marche associant sport et recherche<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dcf788 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0dcf788\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e98c2d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e98c2d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&rsquo;une des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du projet r\u00e9side dans son partenariat avec Aix-Marseille Universit\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe scientifique associ\u00e9e accompagnera l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;action afin de mesurer les effets du programme sur le bien-\u00eatre mental des participants.<\/p><p>Questionnaires, entretiens et observations permettront d&rsquo;analyser l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du stress, du bien-\u00eatre et du v\u00e9cu des jeunes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires tout au long du parcours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be63fdc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;accompagnement d&rsquo;un premier groupe de jeunes aidants, l&rsquo;ambition de \u00ab Fragments de lutte \u00bb est de produire une m\u00e9thodologie transf\u00e9rable, susceptible d&rsquo;inspirer d&rsquo;autres acteurs engag\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de ce public.<\/p><p>Le porteur de projet ambitionne ainsi de contribuer \u00e0 une meilleure reconnaissance du sport comme outil de pr\u00e9vention en sant\u00e9 mentale chez les jeunes.<\/p><p>En soutenant ce projet, le Fonds de dotation mutualiste pour la sant\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 r\u00e9affirme son engagement en faveur des initiatives innovantes pour la sant\u00e9 et une meilleure prise en charge des
