public, dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par la surcharge cognitive, l\u2019isolement accru, et les effets persistants de la crise sanitaire. Fait exceptionnel, la Grande Cause nationale 2025 d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduite pour 2026.<\/p><p>Reconnue comme une ressource fondamentale de bien-\u00eatre, l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique constitue une th\u00e9rapie non m\u00e9dicamenteuse valid\u00e9e par la Haute autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9. <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ses effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le bien-\u00eatre mental sont attest\u00e9s : r\u00e9duction des signes d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, diminution des sympt\u00f4mes de d\u00e9pression, am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 ces nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, y compris chez les publics en bonne sant\u00e9, les niveaux d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique de la population fran\u00e7aise restent insuffisants, notamment chez les femmes et les enfants. Seulement 33 % des filles et 51 % des gar\u00e7ons de 6 \u00e0 17 ans atteignent les recommandations d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. Chez les 18-74 ans, le taux atteint 53 % des femmes, contre 71 % pour les hommes.<\/p><p>Face \u00e0 cet enjeu majeur, le Fonds de dotation mutualiste pour la sant\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 souhaite soutenir des initiatives innovantes qui ont recours \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique comme vecteur de bien-\u00eatre mental, \u00e0 travers des approches nouvelles, exp\u00e9rimentales, inclusives et reproductibles.
